Manage and track account-to-account (A2A) payments easily with Citizen PayBlox. All businesses offering Citizen’s cardless payment process to their customers get access to our super-intuitive dashboard where you can explore your payment history, spot suspicious activity, send payouts to verified accounts and automate reports.
PayBlox dashboard — key features
At Citizen, we focus on creating intuitive, friction-free experiences — and this applies to the processes behind the scenes as much as those facing your customer. The PayBlox dashboard is designed to be as simple as possible, allowing your team to operate with maximum efficiency (and minimal onboarding time).
Overview
After logging in, you’ll see an overview screen carrying summaries of your customers’ payments. You can see tables of the volume and value of your transactions, payment trends over time, or highlighted transactions of interest.
Payments
Here you can see everything you want to know about the inbound payments you’ve received from your customers. Search and filtering functionality allows you to drill down to specific payments, according to payment status, amount and date.
By clicking on an individual payment, you can see further information including currency, amount and the sender email address. A custom fields option allows you to add any extra information you would like to be associated with these payments such as the channel through which the customer paid or the product or service they paid for. Adding this additional information makes it easier for you to track and analyse payment types.
Confirmed bank accounts
In this section of the dashboard, you will have a list of all the verified accounts that you have on record. You’ll be able to sort out and manage the accounts based on their status and the dates they were added.
Request a payment
Here you can issue an invoice to a customer, or request a payment to be made. You can generate a unique payment link and, subject to a customer’s consent regarding data sharing, send it to them via email, SMS or WhatsApp. You also have the option to programmatically create a custom API to request a payment from your customer.
Payouts (or refunds)
Just like in the Payments tab, you have the complete list of payouts you have initiated, along with all the information you need. You’ll be able to see immediately the status of the payouts, the bank to which you have to send the payout, the date, the amount and the account holders’ name and email.
Managing settings
Finally, there are account and customer settings. You’ll be able to manage details of your account, update emails, phone numbers, addresses, and you will be able to add or remove users very easily.
